How billing works

PrimeApi is credit-based rather than seat-based, so every plan on this page is a prepaid bundle of credits instead of a monthly subscription. One successful API request costs exactly one credit, whichever of the 30 endpoints you call: a simple username lookup and a heavier search or download call are priced the same, which makes your spend easy to forecast. Credits land on your account balance as soon as your payment is confirmed and are drawn down request by request. Every response carries an X-PrimeAPI-Balance header with the number of credits you have left, so your application can watch its own consumption without calling a separate billing endpoint. Balances have no expiration date, and top-ups stack: buying a second plan adds its credits to whatever you already hold rather than replacing them. Paid plans run at the standard limit of 100 requests per minute, and failed requests are returned as JSON messages rather than silent charges.

How to pay with cryptocurrency

Payments are handled by Cryptomus, a cryptocurrency payment processor. When you choose a plan and click Add Balance, PrimeApi records a pending order and forwards you to a hosted Cryptomus checkout page. There you pick the coin and network you want to pay on - USDT, BTC, ETH and other major cryptocurrencies are supported - and Cryptomus shows you the wallet address together with the exact amount to send. Prices are fixed in USD, so the crypto amount is calculated from the exchange rate at checkout time and stays valid for the duration of the invoice. Once the blockchain network confirms your transaction, Cryptomus notifies PrimeApi and the credits are added to your balance automatically: there is no receipt to email and no manual approval to wait for. You are then returned to an order result page. PrimeApi never handles your wallet or your private keys.

Which plan should you choose?

Start from the number of requests you expect to make, because one request always equals one credit. Every new account gets 50 free credits at sign-up, which is enough to try several of the 30 endpoints across all 8 categories - User, Post, Search, Challenge, Music, Place, Download and Shop - and confirm the response shape before you spend anything. Basic, at 2.500 requests, suits a prototype, a class project or a one-off dataset. Pro, at 50.000 requests, fits a live dashboard or a scheduled job refreshing a few hundred profiles a day. Ultra and Enterprise, at 150.000 and 500.000 requests, are aimed at continuous monitoring and bulk collection, where the per-request cost matters more than the ticket price. Refunds and cancellations

Because every purchase is a one-time top-up, there is nothing to cancel: no subscription is created, no card is stored and nothing renews by itself. If a purchase turns out to be a mistake, you can request a full refund within 14 days of payment as long as you have not made any API requests with the account - once a credit has been spent the data has been delivered, so used credits cannot be reversed. Duplicate charges and verified technical faults on our side are refunded too. Since payments arrive in cryptocurrency, approved refunds are sent back as a crypto transfer to a wallet address you confirm with us; the amount is based on the original USD value of the order, so the quantity of coin you receive may differ because rates move and the network charges a fee. Frequently asked questions about pricing

Do credits expire?

No. Credits stay on your account until you spend them. There is no monthly reset and no expiry date, so if you only use part of a plan the remainder is still there next month. Unused credits are forfeited only if you close your account.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cryptocurrency only, processed by Cryptomus. You can pay in USDT, BTC, ETH and other supported coins, while prices stay fixed in USD. We do not accept credit cards, PayPal or bank transfers. Credits are added automatically once the blockchain network confirms your payment.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every new account receives 50 free credits at sign-up and no payment details are required. That is 50 real API requests you can spend on any of the 30 endpoints, at the standard limit of 100 requests per minute.

What happens when I run out of credits?

The API stops returning data and answers with a JSON message telling you that your balance has been exhausted. Nothing is charged automatically and your account stays active. Buy any plan to top up: the new credits are added to your balance and requests resume immediately.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, within 14 days of purchase if you have not made any API requests with the account. Duplicate charges and verified technical faults on our side are refunded as well. Approved refunds are sent in cryptocurrency to a wallet you confirm. Used credits cannot be refunded.

Do you offer custom plans?
